We’re All on an Emotional Rollercoaster The Archangels Explain Why and Offer Hope

Written and channeled by Jodie Helm. (Ignore the “by Pete” line above. All I do is post Jodie’s articles to save her the trouble. – Pete)

So many of you have reached out to me, saying you’re struggling with the highs and lows of life more than ever. I’m right there with you! I spend more time grounding myself than ever, and I try to remember to practice self-care, as the Angels tell us to do. Sometimes I feel emotional without knowing why. I asked the Archangels to help us with this craziness we are going through at times, and their response follows.

Question: Many of us feel like we’re on an emotional rollercoaster these days. Can you please explain this and offer some guidance on getting through it?

We have spoken several times about the increase in energies around Earth of late. These energies are helpful and good for you, but they can trigger old memories and pain and trauma before you get the full benefits they offer. In addition to the energetics you are processing, you all are in a transition stage. Sometimes that can feel confusing and make you question your own mind. Rapid change is occurring on Earth, including all of humanity, and this can feel uncomfortable at times.

Consider healing energy, which is stronger on Earth than ever before. Most people have healing of some kind they need to do, and the energy will help you do that much more quickly and effectively than you could do without it. However, before you heal, you must face the trauma of the past.

Many of you are experiencing somewhat of an onslaught of bad memories, some you may not have thought of in many years. This is often disturbing but necessary. By facing these memories, you will feel the emotions from that time. Rather than trying to bury them again, allow them to flow through you. Acknowledge, then release them. You do not have to forgive the source of your pain right now, but by allowing yourself to deal with these emotions, you open yourself to healing.

During this process of healing, you may feel grief, anger, sadness, and many other emotions. Focus on embracing the healing that comes with these feelings and be kind to yourself. Do whatever you need to do in order to feel better. After dealing with the traumatic feelings associated with the past, you will reach a feeling of relief and joy. This can happen many times as you heal past wounds, so yes, it can feel like a rollercoaster ride full of peaks and drops, but this is part of the healing journey.

You are also dealing with more prevalent amounts of Love and Light energies, along with adjusting to a new dimension with different boundaries. We have spoken about this, also. As you transition, you are going to feel these changes in boundaries and you will find a new “normal” eventually, and it will be so much better than what you are used to feeling.

Many are finding themselves questioning things they always accepted in the past. You are likely to reevaluate many things that no longer feel “normal” or acceptable. Everyone reacts differently, but some commonalities are likely, including questioning religious beliefs, the systems currently in place, the people in your relationships, and the status quo.

We will expand on this. There may be people who have been part of your life who you suddenly have a difficult time relating to and understanding. You may have less in common. You may be further in your transition than others around you, and that can be discomfiting. This discomfort may be temporary, or it may last longer. You may feel grief or loss, but consider that you can gain new relationships with others who are at similar places in their lives, as you are.

You also are likely to question what you are doing with your life at some point. You have been taught to think less of yourselves than you should. Some among you have special status for different reasons and are considered more important than others. This will change, as more of you realize your worth and feel your power.

As you go through this process, your current life may provoke frustration and feel too limiting, and it is exactly that. You will begin to reconsider what you want from life and realize you have much more to offer. You may feel the need to reconstruct your life in areas. This will lead to more joy and hope, but you are first likely to be unhappy with your current life and unsure of your past, present, and future choices, which will feel like another rollercoaster ride.

Also, unfairness and inequality will not be so easily dismissed as in the past. Many things that you accepted as unavoidable such as poverty, hunger, homelessness, etc. will bother you more acutely, and they will no longer be acceptable. This will lead to new solutions for these things, but in the meantime, they will cause discomfort and act as a reminder of all that needs to change.

You are also beginning to feel new connections with yourself, others, and for many, with your Guides, Angels, the Creator, the Earth, and the universe. This is why seeing people suffering will cause more pain and unrest than in the past. These connections have always existed, but you are only now beginning to realize them.

This is why we have said so many times that self-care is essential. Spend time investigating these new feelings and connections. Try to trust that the journey, as rocky as it will sometimes seem, will end in beauty and serenity. Your life will be more fulfilling, and the Earth will be a much better place for everyone.

So yes, it is no wonder you feel as though you are riding a rollercoaster of emotional highs and lows. Please try to keep in mind that, at the end of the ride, you will have reached a new destination that offers joy, hope, peace, and Love. You will not only survive, you will thrive once you get there.

We send you blessings of Light and Love

Final Thoughts

So, we’re not going crazy, we’re just changing and adjusting. Having gone through the healing journey numerous times, I can attest to everything the Angels said. You have to deal with the pain and trauma to reach a place of joy and healing. It’s hard at times, but it’s worth it in the end.

We are all going through this. It’s easier if you are open to the energy and changes going on within and around you. It will be rough at times, no doubt, but we’ll get through it. We can help and support each other through this process. Spend time with yourself doing whatever makes you happy and alleviates some of this stress. Send out loving energy to the world and each other. Mostly, just hang in there. It’s going to be alright.

Blessings all, Jodie
