What if the Energy of Unconditional Love was a living form of energy like you and me and you could talk to it? You could ask it questions. What do you think it would say if you asked: Unconditional Love, what is your role in Being and Creation? What can you tell me about yourself? What is your purpose in Being and Creation? What if you could talk to ideas like people?
To make it more likely that you will be able to communicate and possibly experience the Energy of Unconditional Love through guided imagination, it will help to approach this goal from a point of view that makes it possible or probable to experience it, even if it’s only temporary for the sake of having this one experience. So, let’s begin with the notion that Aware Energy (Consciousness) is the Source and Substance of All That Is.
In the Beginning There Was Nothing
(This is my personal theory about how All That Is began and how It continues to Be and Create itself. From my perspective, it’s what works best and makes me happiest in my oneness with and separation from All That Is – as both a product of creation and creation itself.)
In the beginning, there was nothing – until Nothing realized it was Something! After all, how can nothing exist without Something to define it? Sound hokey? Yeah! But it makes sense to me, so I’m stickin to it! Suddenly, with this one shocking revelation, nothing, which was now both Nothing and Something, came to life, making it possible for Anything and Everything to exist!
This profound event can be defined as the Birth of Original Thought, the Divine Spark of Creation, the First Vibration of Awareness and Action, the First Impulse to Be and Create, the First Response to the Promise of Being and Creation, the Birth of Unconditional Love, the Birth of All That Is, the Birth of One and Zero (1 and 0, on and off, yes and no, oneness and individuality, self and other), the Birth of God, Allah, or the concept of a Supreme Being.
We can also think of this defining moment as the Birth of Consciousness or Aware Energy, whose nature it is to conceive and perceive – to think, feel, act and react. In theory, it was, and is, ALL these things and more, including the moment Aware Energy or Consciousness learned how to condense a portion of itself into what we, in human form, call “matter.”
Even from a human perspective, “matter” is an illusion formed by thought and feeling, action and reaction. According to scientific research, a hydrogen atom is 99.9999999999996% empty space. Why don’t we fall right through each other? Because electrostatic fields that attract and repulse each other provide our biological senses with the illusion of density or “solid” matter.
To borrow the immortal words of Neil Armstrong and the US Space Administration, accepting the idea that Energy possesses Awareness, or Awareness possesses Energy, “is one small step for man and one giant leap for mankind.”
Got your Einstein detective hat on? Consider this: without Energy or the power to act, how can Awareness know and express itself? And without the presence of Awareness, what defines and creates a need for Energy? Doesn’t one need the other for ANYTHING and EVERYTHING to exist?
To cast off the cloak of limiting, earthbound thinking and open our hearts and minds to greater awareness and understanding, let’s start by asking ourselves a few questions. For example, what are thoughts? Where do they come from and where do they go? What are feelings? Where do they come from and where do they go? Where is the “you” that existed two minutes ago? Where did it go and in what form does it exist now? Where is the “you” that will appear two minutes from now? In what form does it exist before it becomes “you” in the present? What about the earth? Outside of Now, in what form does it exist?
Let’s assume for the moment that every “thing,” including every human being, is a Multidimensional, Vibrational Being of Aware Energy suspended in an infinite field of Aware Energy. How does it feel to be a self-aware “I Am” within your body, mind and All That Is? What does it tell us about ourselves? What does it tell you about yourself?
As a Multidimensional, Vibrational Being of Aware Energy, how would you describe your experience in Being and Creation? To give you a nudge, here’s how I define my experience in Being and Creation:
- I think, feel, act and react; therefore, I AM. (expanded version of “I think therefore I am” by Rene Descartes)
- As I think, feel, act and react (conceive and perceive), I create.
- To change what I create, I change what I think and feel, how I act and react.
- As a Multidimensional, Vibrational Being of Aware Energy, I am both one with and separate from All That Is. I am not only a product of creation; I am creation itself!
- The self (the thinking, feeling, choice-making and action-taking intermediary between inner reality, the body, and outer reality, the “I Am” of what and who I am) is my seat of power.
- The present is my point of power.
- Being and creating what I value is the promise of power.
- Being and Creation are the manifestations of power.
- Being and Creation make the invisible, visible, the unknown, known, driven by the impulse to create order out of chaos and make sense out of nonsense.
To exist, we must create. To create, we must exist.
Each thought is a different side of the same coin.
Whether we are individual Aware Energy or Consciousness Units (AEUs or CU’s) or complex gestalts (organizations) of AEUs, like human beings, it works the same. To create what we want, the outer self, ego, or self-identity, pushed from within by the Impulse to Be and Create and drawn from without by the Promise of Being and Creation, the Beating Heart of Consciousness, must learn the difference between what it likes and doesn’t like, what works for it and what doesn’t, what makes it happy and what doesn’t. In other words, to create what we want, we must know what we don’t want.*
* Excerpt from We Create Our Own Reality:
The challenge of Being and Creation is learning how to use the power of thought and imagination to shape energy, money included, into a pleasing reality. The prize is a sense of satisfaction, the feeling of a job well done. Like learning how to walk or talk, it is a personal, subjective endeavor that requires creative aggression. It is a great balancing act that makes falling part of learning how to stand.
Thoughts are “things” with a reality of their own and each of us, an artist. With thoughts in the form of beliefs, attitudes, values and expectations, we paint the landscape of our lives. Create a great day!
…and what we can learn from it.
If thoughts, in the form of beliefs, attitudes, values and expectations, create our reality, don’t we want our children to know and understand this? Don’t we all want to know and understand this? Like us, how can they improve themselves or their behavior if they don’t look for or see the connection between what they think and do, and their experiences in life? Letting others think for us may be necessary for a while but isn’t developing the ability to think for ourselves, a natural step in our evolution? Overcoming fear, uncertainty, conflict and limitation is not easy but without the ability or desire to develop greater awareness and understanding, how can we become what we value most? How can we become our true selves, the selves we love to be?
…and let it talk back to you.
Whether you’re alone or with a group of people, find a safe and soundproof place to conduct this exercise. Make sure it allows you to make noise without disturbing others nearby. Concern that sounds you make might disturb others not taking part in this exercise can disrupt your state of relaxation. In My Encounter With the Energy of Unconditional Love, I sobbed uncontrollably every time I touched it.
Begin by sitting or lying down. Make yourself as comfortable as you can. Breathe in slowly and as deeply as you can. Breathe out slowly and as much as you can. If it works better and makes you happier, hold your breath for several seconds at the end of each in-breath and out-breath. Be playful and experiment. See what works best and makes you happiest. Repeat this cycle at least three times to exercise your lungs, oxygenate your blood, and relax your body. Now, breathe normally.
To calm your mind, slowly count backwards from 10 to 1. After each number, remind the energy represented by the normal flow of your daily thoughts and feelings that it is slowing down, that it is becoming calm. If it helps, imagine yourself slowly turning the volume button down on a radio or backing your foot off the gas peddle of a car and gently applying the break. Quiet your mind and let go of your normal attachment to all external or waking concerns. Free your mind to live, love, learn and evolve.
When you reach the count of one, tell your body and mind that they are completely relaxed. Now, imagine that you are floating into a field of Aware Energy that you can only describe as Unconditional Love. Once you’re inside, feel it! By definition, it is a place where nothing you can ever think, feel, say or do can keep you from being loved unconditionally. Here, there is no judgment. There is no blame. There is no competition to determine who’s right or wrong, good or bad, who’s better or worse, who’s stronger or weaker, who wins or who loses. There just IS! There is what you like and don’t like, what works for you and what doesn’t, what makes you happy and what doesn’t in your oneness with and separation from All That Is.
Here, as a multidimensional, vibrational Being of Aware Energy, you know that you are not only a product of creation, you are creation itself! You think, feel, act and react; Therefore, you Are! You know that as you think, feel, act and react, you create. To change what you create, you change what you think and feel, how you act and react. Here, as a multidimensional, vibrational Being of Aware Energy, you understand this. You also know that, whether it’s the inner world of dreams and imagination or the outer world of matter, to create what you want, you must know and be clear about what you don’t want.
Again, feel the Energy of Unconditional Love all around you. Here, you’re free to think and feel what you want. You’re free to be you! If you want, take your clothes off and immerse yourself in this warm and loving energy. Imagine yourself taking a warm bath. Ideas are free. Even feeling the Energy of Unconditional Love is free for anyone who wants to experience it. It is part of what we are and we are part of it. Talk to it. It’s alive!
As you bathe in the Energy of Unconditional Love, feel the energy of your real and imagined sins, your normal anger and fear in waking reality, as it begins to loosen up and separate from your body and mind. Watch the energy of these thoughts and feelings as they dissolve from something into nothing. The only thing left behind is the knowledge and insight you were looking for from these experiences in the first place. Can you feel the weight of your most painful life experiences lifting off your shoulders as they leave your body and mind? How does it feel to see yourself move beyond these challenges and into a greater realm of awareness, one in which your understanding of the nature of Being and Creation grows exponentially?
When it feels right, think about what it means to be loved unconditionally. What does the Energy of Unconditional Love think and feel? How does it act and react? How does it define itself? When you feel the Energy of Unconditional Love, what does it make you think and feel? When you look at the world through the Energy of Unconditional Love, what do you think feel? How does it make you want to act and react? What is Unconditional Love’s purpose and value is in Being and Creation. Ask it why people don’t feel it more and more often. Be still and listen for the answers that come. If they don’t come in this moment, they will come in the days, months, and years ahead. How fast they come depends on how much you want them to come.
Understanding expresses itself in many ways. It can appear as a voice or thought in your mind and as a vision or dream. It can even be dramatized through an actual experience in your daily life. What is life if it’s not the dramatization of thought and feeling stimulated by the impulse to be and create from within and the promise of being and creation from without? Our personal beliefs, attitudes, values and expectations also seek to fulfill their potential because every thought is a suggestion, a blueprint for action.
Many of us know that when we refuse to accept responsibility for the consequences of our thoughts and actions, our lives take a turn for the worse. Why? Because when Unconditional Love tells All That Is to just Be, it’s thinking in extremely large terms. Being, just to Be, gives All That Is the ultimate freedom to be and do whatever it can imagine. It is this total freedom without demands and expectations of any kind that gives Aware Energy or Consciousness the greatest potential for self-development. Part of that self-development for individuals includes the freedom to set our own rules as they become necessary.
During My Encounter with the Energy of Unconditional Love, I think this is what I felt and understood. Feeling the full meaning of Unconditional Love is what made me sob so intensely. It is extremely empowering to be loved and valued with such respect and trust. It’s not something that’s easy to feel while we’re in human form here on earth, given the limitation and conflict between our earthbound belief systems. At some point in my own search for greater understanding, I realized that just being here is not good enough for me. Being how I want to Be seems far more important than just Being. As a result, I chose to be here to live, love, learn and evolve. I find decisions like this far more exciting and creative than just Being. Between Being and being here to live, love, learn and evolve, which do you prefer? Getting clear on what we want is the first step in creating it.
Play with your thoughts and feelings. When you finish, bring this exercise to a gentle close, like you would a pleasant dream. Repeat it to get even more out of it. Build on each experience and be prepared for surprises along the way. The more you examine the details of your thoughts and feelings, your actions and reactions, the more you discover about yourself and All That Is. Keep a log of important thoughts and dreams for your own reference and to share them with others if you think it will help.
Remember: Thoughts are “things” with a reality of their own and each of us, an artist. As multidimensional, vibrational Beings of Aware Energy, All That Is is alive. This includes ideas as well. By focusing on words like unconditional love and confidence, we can bring them to life by looking at the world through their eyes. When we feel the energy of love or confidence in the moment, we bring it to life. At least, we bring to life our own unique version of whichever idea we are experiencing. The energy of love and confidence have lives of their own as well. If we ask them to reveal themselves to us, they will. Besides guided imagination, we can direct our desire to learn more from any idea and it will reveal itself to us in dreams and quiet moments. Keep a notebook ready to record your answers. Wake up, wise up, and rise up to greater understanding.

The value of an idea is in the reality it creates and what we can learn from it. In other words, every idea offers us a choice. It is a suggestion, a blueprint for action we can choose to act on or not.
What does the idea of the earth as a network of co-creators mean to you? Are we co-creators of reality already? What new thoughts does this idea inspire in your mind? Study this suggestion and if anything seems important enough to you, act on it! Be the self you love to be in your oneness with and separation from All That Is – as both a product of creation, and creation itself!
“We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.” – Albert Einstein
“You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete.” ― R. Buckminster Fuller
What others will not or cannot do for us, we must do for ourselves.
Affirm what you believe! You can always change it.
